Hotel Near IU

We will be visiting Indianapolis in June and need a hotel within 10 miles (closer is better) of Indiana University. We%26#39;ve researched all the downtown hotels, but not very many of them have an Outdoor Pool (a must for us). Could anyone please recommend a hotel with an outdoor pool within 10 miles or so of Indiana University?

Are you talking about the IU School of Medicine? Indiana University main campus is in Bloomongton about 50-60 miles south of Indianapolis.

My guess is Indy. Around I 465 (the freeway that circles Indy) there are several. The only one I know of downtown is the Marriott(the old Hilton on The Circle) which has a pool on about the 5th floor outdoors over looking the monument. South of downtown there is SouthportRoad exit. There are several name motels there with pools. It%26#39;s about 10 miles and an easy 15 minute drive to campus. Westside on Rockville Road and 465 there are three or four with two of them having pools (about same distance)
