Casino resort rooms...we don't want to buy it.....just...

shower and sleep in it!! lol...

I cannot believe the prices the Indiana/Michigan casino resorts are charging. I have stayed in Vegas hotels for a 1/3 of what these people charge.

Does anyone here know if there is any way to get any discounts on these rooms? (codes?) I cannot see the average couple/person paying $349 a night just for a room becuase its attached to a casino. (the ones in Vegas are ALSO attached..yikes!)

Thanks for the response. We ended up going to the Argosy in Lawrenceburg, IN. We paid w/tax $208 for our hotel room. It was NOT worth what we paid and I am going to do a review here tonight.

I am still kicking myself that I paid that much for this room. The entire complex was actually quite boring and we really never saw anyone in the casino win anything big..not even a slot player? I won%26#39;t be returning there.
