DONT GO TO SANTA';S LODGE.

The first day the food was great

the second we went to eat breakfast around the same time and they sat us down and said enjoy the breakfast bar as they did the day before and they were 90 percent out of food. I asked them if they were going to refill the bar soon they said not until lunch!!! it was 9:00 somthing am!!!!

They didnt even care we were leaving. They said have a nice day. unfortunatly their is not another place around to eat a good breafast a good lunch can be found at the brick oven grille.

I would say bring your breafast with you camping I wish we would have.

go to www.chowhound.com and put in a request

You are going to have to leave the Santa Claus area and head into the town of Dale to find anything good for breakfast. If you go into Dale there is Windell%26#39;s Restaurant ( I haven%26#39;t been there in ages, but it used to be really good) or if you drive all the way through Dale back up to I-64 there is a Denny%26#39;s restaurant.

They%26#39;re right. Bringing your own food for breakfast can be buget rewarding. Camping with out a meal fixed over the camp fire is like sleeping out in the backyard in the tent. Pack a Colman stove with a fry pan. And some eggs, saucage, pancake mix; the kids wont be asking for food before the growups are ready for lunch.
