thinking of visiting this weekend

I%26#39;ve learned that campus is about 5 miles north of downtown.

Is the bar scene better on/near campus, or downtown?

I enjoy Trio%26#39;s down town. It is a jazz restaurant with a nice bar and great food. Legends on the Notre Dame campus is more of a sports bar type place.
