Suggestions for outdoor activities with a 15 month old?

My husband and I are looking for some family/stroller friendly activities to do that are close to home with our 15 month old daughter. Any ideas??

Potawatomi Zoo and greenhouse, walk along the East Race, Healthworks Kids Museum, many parks to choose from.

Potato Creek State Park has a nice paved bike/walk path through the park. There is also a large playground by the nature center.

My boys used to love to walk around the lakes at Notre Dame and feed the ducks. We%26#39;d also stop briefly at the Grotto on the campus as well. Healthworks is great too, but I think it is more geared for preschool age children. We often take walks along the East Race as well.
