Inexpensive Thrill in Madison

While visiting my twin daughters yesterday at Hanover college, we drove over to Madison for lunch. After eating. we were heading back to the college when we passed a sign by the airport advertising aiplane rides for $12 a person. It was my twins birthday and they had never been in a plane before, so they were excited about thying it. The ride was in a small 4 seat place but the experience was awesome. After takeoff we headed southwest over the college then went across the Ohio river and followed it back north over Madison. The view of the river was breathtaking. Theye was a riverboat docked and we got an amazing view of the bridge going to Kentucky. Right before landing we flew over Cliffty Falls State Park and got a close-up view of the falls. The trip only lasted 15 minutes but it sure felt much longer. I recommend it highly and my daughters went back to college and told their friends. I think a big group of them are going back next weekend to do it again.
